The UAC has dedicated 30,000 sq ft to high performance athletic enhancement. Our completely indoor facility features a 80' X 40' Ice Rink, nearly 4,000 sq ft of Off-Ice Hockey Skill Training, a Strength and Conditioning Center exceeding 3,000 sq ft, a HydroWorx Training and Therapy Pool, Basketball and Volleyball Courts, Baseball and Softball Cages, 3,200 sq ft of Turf, a 160' Sprint Track, an XRKade that combines the excitement of video games and the benefits of exercise, along with all the amenities you would expect from a world class facility and company who's tag line is: The Ultimate Sports Performance Facility.
The UAC offers an array of programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We offer custom training programs for beginning, intermediate, advanced, elite and professional athletes as well as any individual or recreational athlete that wants to enhance their training experience beyond the scope of "typical" gyms or health clubs.
The UAC and it's staff are dedicated to providing each of our clients with the physical, nutritional and mental framework required to perform at peak levels during critical times of their season and to truly maximize their athletic potential. We do this by implementing a progressive, proven and scientifically based approach towards athletic development. Clients will receive a thorough performance evaluation that includes sport performance testing along with tests specific to flexibility, functional movement, strength and power. Our world class coaches and trainers will assess each athlete and will create a comprehensive and customized program designed to meet the needs and reach the goals of each athlete we train.
